Engagements: Jayne & Matt

I loved meeting these two.

Jayne and Matt's engagement shoot was an early morning adventure! Jayne told me that she loved Golden Ears, and one view of Golden Ears that I have recently come to love is from the lookout on the east side of Brae Island.  I don't know Jayne that well... but somehow I knew she would be up for something adventurous. 

"How about sunrise...?" I asked her, "How about 5:15am...?"

We met bright and early and walked to the lookout point to catch these early morning rays. It was a good time. Thanks for such a fun shoot J & M! You two are great :)

Spring has sprung!

I was so happy when the sun came out in all its glory for Mandy and Darcy's engagement shoot. The warm weather and the blooming flowers gave us such a nice backdrop. We are looking forward to your September wedding, M&D! Thanks for inviting us to be part of the event :)

Families: The Ott Family

I met Jacob and Amy Ott just over two years ago. They were preparing to go overseas for a two-year period with AIM. While in Kenya, James was born! The Ott's next adventure will take them to Europe for three years of schooling but for the next few weeks they are here. It was such a treat to spend time with them once again, and hear about their experiences in Kenya.
